MY DOWNLOAD LINK EXPIRED, CAN YOU RESEND THEM TO ME? 

Your download link is set to expire after 90 days. If you haven't downloaded the product within that time frame, we are unable to resend you a new link. We're VERY sorry! 

I'M TRYING TO EDIT THE PDF AND IT'S SAYING I NEED A PASSWORD

Editing, altering, manipulating, changing, or recreating our printables is against copyright. We can't send you the password; We're very sorry.

I DOWNLOADED TOO MANY TIMES AND CAN'T DOWNLOAD AGAIN. CAN YOU UP MY LINK PRIVILEGES?

For security reasons, we have a limit to how many times one product can be downloaded. If this is a free product, the best thing to do is to just reorder the product again. If it is a paid-for item, we can up the link download settings on a case-by-case basis.

CAN I SHARE YOUR PRODUCT IMAGES?

I'm so honored you want to share our hard work. :) You can share the images, just please link them back to the appropriate place in the shop and/or credit this shop when sharing.

TECHNICAL ISSUES DOWNLOADING

There are two most common culprits:

1) Your browser Sometimes the issues can be tied to the extensions installed in a browser. It may also be that your current browser is not update and you're using an older version. Try downloading in a different browser (not a cell phone). Try Chrome, Internet Explorer, or Firefox.

2) You can't find the file location Sometimes, it will download, but discretely, to somewhere hard to find. Try looking in Downloads under My Computer or search the title of the file on your computer for where it could be hiding.

• If that doesn't work, you'll want to search Google for help with your specific browser. Usually typing in the error code you are seeing is very helpful when searching.
